What is Sandbox Mode?
This is our "pre-launch" environment - a deliberate, live-fire testing phase. We are opening the doors to a low-risk setting where we can break things, fix them, and iterate in real-time.
Rather than a "big bang" launch in July where everything has to be perfect on Day 1, we’re treating the next few months as a transition. We are moving from the classroom to the playground.
What to Expect
During the Sandbox phase, things will move fast. You’ll see:
- Live Systems: Core features will be active. Everything is functional (we think!) - except payments. We are testing the flow and the feel before we flip the switch on live USDC transactions.
- Fluid Governance: We’re starting to shape how the DAO actually makes decisions. Parameters might shift overnight based on what we learn.
- Real Feedback: As an early participant, you won't just be a "user" — you’ll be telling us where the friction is.

Building in the Open
The goal here isn't just to "launch"; it’s to launch well. By operating in a sandbox, we get to validate our assumptions about privacy, support-based connections, and decentralized governance under real conditions—without the high-stakes pressure of a full-scale deployment.
We aren't interested in building another black-box app. We’re building a transparent protocol for generous connection. That requires adaptability, transparency, and a bit of trial and error.
